This course provides a comprehensive overview of the Entrepreneurial Process. Strong emphasis is placed on distinguishing between the actions of successful, versus unsuccessful, venture exploitation. Students are provided practical guidance to the process of successfully launching and growing an entrepreneurial venture through effectively preparing a Business Plan.
